We offer 90 day consignment agreements with a very generous share of the sales price.  The most important aspect of  achieving a quick sale is determining a fair price right from the get go. 

Many consignment stores set original prices unreasonably high at the onset.  The higher the price the happier you are initially.  But when the merchandise doesn't sell your mood darkens.

Then the mark downs begin, but those are usually too little, too late.  Your merchandise has become stale and buyers won't return as often to see new pieces, your items will be looked at..but looked over..as they have sat on the floor too long.

A lifetime of decorating numerous homes of our own, and  years of being self employed in the construction world gave me a big love for home interiors and exteriors.

I was constantly  rubbing elbows with decorator friends who staged model homes...they graciously taught me pretty much everything I know about decorating and making a home beautiful.

I have what they call "life lessons" experience and personally I think that's the BEST kind of learning!

I painted complementary, and sometimes even contrasting,  colors on different walls in the same room long before it became stylish!

My husband, Don, and I love restoring old liquidated solid wood furniture. We paint the pieces up in a bright new color identity.  I then crack up exotic tiles and apply them to the face or top like the little jewels that they are...this creates a jazzed up brand new piece of art furniture!  

It started as a hobby that was fun, and once we started selling those pieces our customers kept asking for more! We plan to bring these little guys back...erp...if we can find the time!
